High Blood Pressure
High Blood Pressure or Hypertension is a condition caused by elevated pressure level of the blood in the blood vessels. The severity of the condition depends on the patient’s age, sex, physical and mental activities, family history, and diet plan.
Causes of hypertension
The major causes of hypertension are considered from the unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyles. Due to time restrains and busy life schedules, most of them rely on fast foods or packed food with lots of preservatives and chemicals. These junk and addicted food items can create lots of digestive problems in the body causing impaired digestion.
This results in accumulation of toxins in the body creating blocks in the passage and lead to the elevated blood pressure. The blood becomes heavy or sticky due to the accumulation of impurities and circulates through various channels resulting in weaker channels of the body causing narrowing of the blood channels. This demands blood to put forth more pressure to circulate through these channels resulting in high blood pressure or hypertension.
Other factors including stress, anxiety, obesity, consumption of high-fat and low-fiber diet, excessive intake of tea, coffee and negative mental feelings also leads to hypertension.
